Refund policy

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Clearance, sale items, and personalized/customized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Company Responsibility: Wrong Order or Defective Item

  • If Chic Sprouts shipped the wrong item or a defective product, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide either:
    • A replacement at no additional cost (if the correct item/size is available).
    • If the correct item or an alternative product is unavailable, or if the customer has extenuating circumstances (e.g., traveling out of the country), a full refund (including shipping fees) will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Customer Responsibility: Incorrect Orders & Exchanges

  • If the customer ordered the wrong size, color, or item, they may request an exchange or return, but they will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • We recommend carefully reviewing our size guide before placing an order to avoid sizing issues.

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after approval.
  • Shipping costs (unless due to an error on our part) are non-refundable.

5. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Contact us at info@chicsprouts.shop with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid shipping label.
  • Pack the item securely and send it back within 5 days of approval.
